My promo code Hidden Crown gave me is NOT working.

I have purchased 2 products but have had issues with both. The hidden crown 18 inch layers and a ponytail. The ponytail never worked. It would never hook in properly. I sent in pictures and they said it looked defective. They sent a new one but I had the same issues. I love the 18 inch layers but it hurts my head. I have had it fit and checked to make sure everything is correct. The representative I spoke with said it could be the heaviness of it. It leaves an indentation in my scalp. I wanted to try the 14 inch daydream to see if that would do better and not be painful. I was given a 35% off promo code but it doesn't work. It was April35. I've sent in 3 emails and haven't received a response. Please help. Thanks, April Lane

I HAVE ORDER 6 ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A LARGE DISCOUNT AFTER PURCHASING 5 ITEM FROM THEM. I SENT EMAILS BEFORE ORDERING MY 6TH TOPPER TO GET MY DISCOUNT. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY WITH NO LUCK. DISCOURAGED

User's recommendation: I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS.
